We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations – specifically the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation – as well as this Privacy Policy. If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

2. Data Collection on Our Website

Cookies and Server Log Files

Our website may use “cookies” to improve user experience. These are small text files stored on your device. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function properly without them.
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the legitimate interest of ensuring a secure and technically error-free website operation.

Contact Form and Email Inquiries

If you send us inquiries via email or a contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there (such as name and email address), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or cooperation (such as real estate mediation services), or on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).

Your data will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed).

Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods under Croatian trade and tax law – remain unaffected.

3. Data Transfer and Third Parties

Cooperation with Dogma nekretnine d.o.o

As stated in our Legal Notice, we operate as authorized assistants within the framework of a cooperation agreement with Dogma nekretnine d.o.o. When you request information about a specific real estate property or wish to proceed with a real estate transaction, your relevant personal data (such as name, contact details, and property preferences) will be shared with Dogma nekretnine d.o.o. in order to fulfill our contractual services. The legal basis for this transfer is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

International Data Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless explicitly stated (e.g., if you use thirdparty tools like Google Analytics or maps, which may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
